[[Category:sensor]] == Description == The CONTROS HydroC CO2-FT sensor is a flow through sensor for pCO2 measurements. It's manufactured by [https://www.4h-jena.de/maritime-technologien/sensoren/hydrocrco2ftde/ 4H-JENA engineering] === Operating principle === To determine the partial pressure of CO2 (pCO2) of a watermass with the CONTROS HydroC CO2-FT water has to be flowing through the flow through head at ~6-10 l/min passing by the membrane situated within. The membrane is gas permeable and thus allowing for equilibration between a liquid and a gas phase through it. == How to connect the sensor == The sensor needs a stable supply voltage of 11 - 24 V and consumes ~350 mA @ 12V iduring standard operation with a higher consumption during warmup. For interfacing with the sensor the manufacturer supplied software Detect is used. It enables data transfer, data visualisation and sensor configuration.
